We would like to bring to your attention that according to the Cyprus Company Law, Cap. 113 all Cyprus Companies, irrespective of whether they are active or not, are subject to an annual government levy of € 350.00 for the year 2022 payable by 30.06.2022.
Late payment of the Annual Levy for year 2022, will result to a penalty imposed by the Registrar of Companies.
