Extension of the submission date of Annual Return HE31 to 1st June 2021

Following the announcement of the Department dated 18/12/2020 and the publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of the Companies (Amending) Law of 2021 published on 07/04/2021 (Par.I (I), No. 4826), the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver Department announces that:


  • The date of application of the measure concerning the imposition of a financial burden for the late submission to the Department of the institutionalized form HE32, is postponed to June 1, 2021.

  • For all the other institutionalized forms mentioned in the Companies Amending Law 149 (I) / 2018, i.e. HE2, HE4, HE12, HE57, AE5, AE6, AE8, the financial burden has already been implemented from 18/12/2020.
